Yes. Since Tanya’s Tadpoles is a private swim program, we conduct all lessons in your own home pool or private residential pool. This familiar environment helps reduce stress and increase comfort for the swimmer.
All of our instructors hold nationally recognised qualifications through Swim Australia, Austswim or Royal Lifesaving. All staff hold current resuscitation certificates, and are trained in our unique “Tadpole Tuition” method for teaching in-home private lessons.
Yes! Our instructors are experienced and specially trained in adaptive swim instruction, behaviour management, and sensory-friendly teaching techniques. We prioritise patience, safety, and building trust with every swimmer.
That’s completely okay and very common. We take a slow, sensory-aware approach that focuses first on comfort and trust before introducing any swimming skills. No pressure, no rush.
